This Shelter in place has been going on for past 3 weeks, life is uncertain but one should not lose hope.
There are many things we should be thankful for and count good things that we have. Stay safe and healthy.
There is a few things you can do to beat stress, anxiety and boredom due to covid-19, or Corona Virus.
1. Learn to cook something new while at home, when you can not eat out.
2. Do some home pending projects, like cleaning up junk drawer in kitchen or files the bills.
3. Do crafts with kids. If you do not have kids, still can enjoy crafts for your self or your home.
4. Rest
5. Do yoga and breathing excercise.
6. Can not go out? no worry, walk around yard, apartment balcony for fresh air, even 5 minutes will make you feel good.
7. Social distancing keeps you from your family and friends? find a new way through zoom or google hangout or face time from your home and catch up with them.
8. Ofcourse, some of us may have to work being stuck inside, so focus on work, if you are in reduced work hours or laid off during this covid out break, brush up job related skill while being inside.
9. Learn to reduce spending money, as actually we can not go out to eat, or go to movies, naturally it will save money a bit. We might be spending lot more on grocery or take out.
10. Relax, no matter how hard it might be, there is always good to it, we just need to find it and make lemonade from lemon.
